Foods to reduce Cholesterol

I eat these foods everyday and my HDL is raised and LDL is decreased.

Quaker Old fashoned oats

Walnuts

Flax seeds

Brown sesame seeds

  1. Yes, oatmeal is healthy and we make it interesting by mixing moong daal + few peppers and make it more like pongal if you know what i mean. Btw, did you try steel cut oats (also known as Irish oats)? they are good and we pressure cook them. Eat this with chutney on top, your breakfast is full and healty.
