Recipe: Chana dal with coconut
1 cup chana dal
1 cup grated fresh coconut
1 tsp mustard seeds
10 curry leaves
1 tsp oil
a pinch of salt ( according to your taste buds)Soak chana dal for 2 hours and cook with enough water and salt.
In a pan heat oil, add mustard, cumin seeds fry and then add curry leaves and then the grated coconut.
Now add the cooked chana dal to the above mixture.
