Weekend Movie Julie & Julia
Yes, I absolutely loved the movie. I was in France as a graduate student for 5 years. I learnt to eat and cook French food. I love those cheeses, pastries and their passion for eating GOURMET food, yet they are not FAT!!! reason, good and healthy food, home cooked, less portion sizes, and exercise, the walk they get in everyday life.

Weighted Hula hoop
After so much of research for my exercise routine at home, I bought this weighted hula hoop. I will post my experiences using this. I do walk 40 minutes everyday. This will keep me going in rainy days and snowy days.

SUGARS!!!
What a sweet Ingredient!!! except for people with diabetes. It is not diabetic people's friend. It is kind of condiment, it is NOT a food for me anymore.
Who doesn't like pastries fresh from the oven, pies, cookies..the list goes on.
It is empty calories and lot of carbs for diabetic people, blood sugar will shooooot up. Should we completely avoid it, I can say NO.
Look for alternative form of sugar. Fruits to the rescue.
Yummy fruits to satisfy the sweet tooth.
Even for people without diabetes use some good sugars instead plain white refined sugar.
Sugar in the raw, brown sugar, date sugar, and Honey.
